The four members
The Governor presides as Chair. The Lieutenant Governor, the Comptroller of Public Accounts and the Speaker of the House of Representatives are the other members.

When the Board meets
The Board meets every other month. A planning session comes before each Board meeting. The Chair can also call extra meetings.
