Annual reports

On May 17, 2024, BRB restated the average ($ per $1,000) in Table D.2 of the FY 2023 report. The restated figure is the aggregate weighted dollar cost per $1,000 in each category. This keeps the report consistent with earlier reporting periods.

Each annual report covers a state fiscal year, September 1 to August 31: the 2025 report covers September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
